By accessing or using VelvetCurtain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Accounts
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or votes is prohibited.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, comments, earnings reports). By posting, you grant VelvetCurtain a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and moderate your content. All reviews must be based on genuine personal experiences.
Conduct Rules
Users must follow our Community Guidelines. Harassment, threats, doxxing, and discrimination are strictly prohibited. Do not attempt to identify anonymous reviewers. Do not post content intended to defame or harass individuals or businesses.
Prohibited Content
The following is prohibited: explicit sexual content, illegal activity promotion, personally identifiable information of others, fabricated reviews, spam or commercial solicitation, and any content that violates applicable law.
Intellectual Property
VelvetCurtain's name, logo, design, and code are our intellectual property. User-generated content remains the property of its authors. Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission.
Disclaimer
VelvetCurtain provides a platform for user-generated reviews and information. We do not verify the accuracy of individual reviews. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information found on this platform. Use your own judgment.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. Users may delete their accounts at any time from their dashboard. Upon termination, your personal data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or site announcement.
